ADMISSIONS POLICY

There are educational requirements for those seeking to enroll at Love My Womb® Academy. To start the process, an application is required for enrollment consideration. A pre-interview with a LMWA staff member may also be required as part of the screening process.

Some of our certifications (such as the Level 3 Teachers Certification/ Womb Priestess Initiation.) require a high school diploma and a pre-requisite class in order to qualify for admission. Your acceptance is at the discretion of Love My Womb Academy.

AGREEMENT

Applicant agrees and understands that Love My Womb® Academy does not guarantee a graduate the right to practice in the field of natural health, health counseling and/or consultation, or to practice any form of medicine without state approval.

NON-DISCRIMINATION

Love My Womb® Academy Non-Discrimination Policy does not permit discrimination of the basis of gender, sexual orientation (disclaimer: must be born with a womb), race, creed, national origin, familial status, disability, or religion.

ENROLLMENT & CONTRACT FEES (INCLUDING INITIAL REFUNDS)

Enrollment is a two-step process. An application is required along with the required tuition fee of the chosen course. An application is not complete until tuition is also submitted with the application. Once the enrollment has been submitted and processed, an agreement will be e-mailed or sent via postal mail to the applicant listing the details of the their enrollment. The contract must be signed and returned within five (5) business days.

TUITION FEES, REFUNDS, AND WITHDRAWALS

Tuition Fees are pay-as-you-go so you only pay for the courses you take at the time the course is available. Course materials are included in the tuition price. Monthly payment plans or any other payment arrangement will be available for payments on a per individual basis.

Residential - There are no cash refunds for residential classes EXCEPT in the event that class has been canceled by Love My Womb® Academy. If you can no longer attend desired class because of unforeseen circumstances, we will apply a cash credit for another course, and/or in exchange for product. All shipping and handling charges to and/or from the student are non-refundable. Learn more about tuition fees and payment plans.

LODGING

Comfortable shared lodging plus delicious cuisine is available if you choose to stay with the Sista Circle (highly recommended) during your course period. Lodging is included for residential students only. Space is limited for residential classes. Love My Womb® Academy reserves the right to limit, deny, or cancel lodging space at any time.

PREREQUISITES TO ENROLL

Certificate or Diploma Program: The applicant must verify evidence of graduation from high school or evidence of completion of a (GED) General Education Development.

Level 3 Teachers Certification: The applicant must have completed Yoni (Vaginal) Steaming for Self Care Level 1 and Goddess Steam® Practitioner Training and Business Course Level 2. If you have been certified in Yoni (Vaginal) Steaming for Self-Care by another womb health and education provider, we will honor it as a prerequisite upon proof of certification. The applicant must verify evidence of graduation from high school or evidence of completion of a (GED) General Education Development.

DENIAL OF ADMITTANCE INTO LOVE MY WOMB® ACADEMY

We take our profession seriously! All applications will be reviewed and verified during the admissions process. Applicants must be in good standing with LMWA and have no infractions or conflicts of interest with or within our program. LMWA has the right to deny admittance to any applicant because of the following (or other conditions/reasons not listed):

• The applicant has a history of violent and abusive behavior,
• The applicant's mental instability,
• The applicant makes false statements on their application,
• The applicant failed to submit required tuition fees.
• Disturbing feedback from previous teachers and/or clients.

Love My Womb® Academy reserves the right to change without notice all information contained herein; including, but not limited to, the following: fees and tuition, policy and procedures, degrees offered, required coursework and course offerings, and/or degree/academic requirements.

All course materials along with shipping and handling charges to and from the student, are non-refundable. Unexpected life circumstances may force a student to withdraw from our Love My Womb® Academy. If this should happen, contact the school and speak to the Director of Admissions to see what your options are.
